To explain about the below Affidavit, I would first like to bring the readers attention how I had a Mr Baden Pobjoy get in touch with me to inform me that he was on the beach that morning and he did not see Harold Holt and how he was ignored by State and Federal Police. I've enclosed the note that I made of our conversation and I will allow the reader to decide for themselves what is truth.

Note: At 5.00 pm on the 2nd of September 2004, I received a phone call from a Baden Pobjoy of 46 Suelin Street, Boondall ( 07 3865 6959 ) regarding my CT-Scan flyer, which was given to him by a friend of his from a new estate near Mango Hill.

He stated he was on the beach the day Harold Holt was reported missing on Sunday the 17th of December 1967, and he stated he did not see Holt there all day. He and his friend used to go there to dive for abalone and would see Harold Holt and his two minders numerous times during these dives. He also stated Holt would always be wearing his short leg blue wet suit. On this Sunday in question they saw only one person sitting up from the beach who was not wearing a wet suit. He stated he did not know who this person was, but it was not Holt; this was around the time Holt was supposed to be there, when he disappeared while swimming.

He stated that he had got in touch with the State and Federal Police to give his account of what he had seen that forenoon, but they ignored him and his friend and he has been ignored all of these years, since.

The below Statutory Declaration by me, Gary Simmons explains how a Mr Baden Pobjoy changed his story about Harold Holt not being on the beach on 17th Dec 1967, the day when Holt was reported missing. Was Pobjoy threatened, or was he paid off in some way for him to deny what he had originally said to me about Holt not being on the beach that day?

As I stated before: view Victorian State Coroner because if Baden Pobjoy is now stating he was on the beach that morning and saw Harold Holt, where is his police report from 1967 and also why didn't he give evidence to the Victorian Coroner since he has a Statutory Declaration sworn under oath that he saw Harold Holt that morning on the beach before he disappeared.

Now since everyone wants to keep claiming law is law, well why didn't he give evidence for the inquiry or why hasn't he been charged for making a false sworn statement or could it be his original statement to me is correct and also the reason he can do a false statement and not be charged is because it involves me and the position I am in through High Security and where the system is forced once again to ignore those near me or those who have dealings with me.

Either way the action of Baden Pobjoy and the action of the Victorian Coroner, Police and Government in the way they deal with me verifies the position I am in where I am totally ignored through High Security and also shows my story on Harold Holts disappearance is correct and the way they have conducted their so called inquiry and the due process of law is nothing but a joke at the expense of truth.

The action of Baden Pobjoy is not the first time where people have come along side me and offered their assistance or to give supporting evidence to help me further expose my issues and then without any warning do a complete turn around and carry on as if nothing ever happened. I must add, it is still all these people's choice to make this decision to sell their principles and souls against the issues I hold to have all accountable but their choice and action is also selling their souls out against truth.

All should remember this evil game played here on Earth is over as I do have them accountable through my Invoking for illegal technology on Australian soil and here on Planet Earth and for violating the Laws of Creation. As shown in my CT-Scan, illegal technology is being used on Planet Earth and this illegal technology had been placed in me against my freewill and consent, when I was under the legal adult age of consent (then 21 years old) during the period when I was a Navy Clearance Diver involved in several clandestine acts, as stated in my Affidavit of 11/11/99.

May I add: it's of no concern to me what people say or think regarding my issues because as I state in the bottom paragraph above the Letter to John Howard - They are accountable now through the Laws of the Universe and this evil game here on Earth has ended, there is no allowance for them to continue their evil experience and only be accountable when they have finished here on Earth and nor do they have any allowance to hijack someone else's Planet, namely this Planet, when it is not theirs. May I add, this isn't a silly statement because could you imagine if you had Laws that said, man is allowed to keep killing and only when he stops he is then allowed to be charged for murder. So this shows how ridiculous this evil situation has become here on Earth where everyone can just sit back and allow it all to unfold just so that they may obtain what they believe has been promised to them or because of what must be fulfilled and it makes you think, in what God do all believe in to allow such evil to continue here on Earth. They are accountable now and they are now held and they know it. The Laws of the Universe are what they are and the harold-holt.net website is what it is.

Also as I state in the bottom paragraph above the Affidavit 28 January 2004 - What "they" the Satanic Ones and their followers fail to comprehend at this moment in time, is that through my Invoking of the 2nd Law of the Universe, I not only have them accountable but I also have "their Satanic GOD" accountable to our Highest Authority, our Creator - The Laws are what they are and the harold-holt.net website is what it is -
