The below Coroners letter (which is also on the homepage) was turned into a 2 page flyer with my CT-Scan photo on the back as shown on page 2 of this website and over 10,000 were sent out.

It was only after distributing photocopies of my CT-Scan and other documentation on my injustice throughout Australia, the Government then reports that there will be an official inquiry into the disappearance of former Australian Prime Minister, Harold Holt which would be conducted by the Victorian State Coroner.

As the Coroners letter below shows, I got in touch with them on the 22nd of March 2004, to have my name and documentation registered for his up and coming inquiry and it is now history how the Victorian State Coroner ignored my evidence and me in his findings. But the reader should remember, I had enclosed with my documentation to him a Brisbane Supreme Court Affidavit 28 January 2004 where I stated I had removed Harold Holts body from his home out to a waiting fishing boat the night before it was reported he disappeared and it should be questioned, how could this inquiry legally ignore my Brisbane Supreme Court Affidavit. - Well come on people, let's be honest, we are talking about an Affidavit, the highest statement that a person can make under oath plus it was presented to the Brisbane Supreme Court so what gives this Coroner the power to ignore this Affidavit 28 January 2004 and me because if you don't accept the Affidavit as is then you would have to charge me with perjury and it should also be questioned how a Supreme Court Judge in the Brisbane Court ignored its contents.

Instead of the reader and everyone else questioning my position, I think everyone should question how could a Government and its Judicial process conduct its manners this way by allowing interference in the judicial process and ignoring the rule of law.

I would also like to bring to the readers attention how I had a Mr Baden Pobjoy get in touch with me to inform me that he was on the beach that morning and he did not see Harold Holt and how he was ignored by State and Federal Police. I've enclosed the note that I made of our conversation and I will allow the reader to decide for themselves what is truth.

Note: At 5.00 pm on the 2nd of September 2004, I received a phone call from a Baden Pobjoy of 46 Suelin Street, Boondall ( 07 3865 6959 ) regarding my CT-Scan flyer, which was given to him by a friend of his from a new estate near Mango Hill.

He stated he was on the beach the day Harold Holt was reported missing on Sunday the 17th of December 1967, and he stated he did not see Holt there all day. He and his friend used to go there to dive for abalone and would see Harold Holt and his two minders numerous times during these dives. He also stated Holt would always be wearing his short leg blue wet suit. On this Sunday in question they saw only one person sitting up from the beach who was not wearing a wet suit. He stated he did not know who this person was, but it was not Holt; this was around the time Holt was supposed to be there, when he disappeared while swimming.

He stated that he had got in touch with the State and Federal Police to give his account of what he had seen that forenoon, but they ignored him and his friend and he has been ignored all of these years, since.

The reader should read my Statutory Declaration which then shows Baden Pobjoy does a complete reversal and the reader should question his motives for this and discern truth for themselves as to his intent. But, it should be remembered if Baden Pobjoy is now stating he was on the beach that morning and saw Harold Holt, where is his police report from 1967 and also why didn't he give evidence to the Victorian Coroner since he has a Statutory Declaration sworn under oath that he saw Harold Holt that morning on the beach before he disappeared.

Now since everyone wants to keep claiming law is law, well why didn't Baden Pobjoy give evidence for the inquiry or why hasn't he been charged for making a false sworn statement or could it be his original statement to me is correct and also the reason he can do a false statement and not be charged is because it involves me and the position I am in through High Security and where the system is forced once again to ignore those near me or those who have dealings with me.

Either way the action of Baden Pobjoy and the action of the Victorian Coroner, Police and Government in the way they deal with me verifies the position I am in where I am totally ignored through High Security and also shows my story on Harold Holts disappearance is correct and the way they have conducted their so called inquiry and the due process of law is nothing but a joke at the expense of truth.

The reader should also view murder of little Brooke Brennan along with Chinese Submarine Story and Letter to John Howard the former Australian Prime Minister which also explains in further detail how the system treats and ignores me to the extent that I don't exist.

May I add, I do have them accountable as shown at: Australian PM Informed Website Under Second Law where I state: I have Invoked the 2nd Law of the Universe here in Australia to have all accountable for illegal technology on Australian soil and here on Planet Earth and for violating the Laws of Creation. As shown in my CT-Scan, illegal technology is being used on Planet Earth and this illegal technology had been placed in me against my freewill and consent, when I was under the legal adult age of consent (then 21 years old) during the period when I was a Navy Clearance Diver involved in several clandestine acts, as stated in my Affidavit of 11/11/99.

And as theAustralian Constitution is illegal and invalid shows how no-one has ever obtained the true consent of we the Sovereign People of Australia to have Joint Military Facility's along with it's "alien technology" on Australian soil such as Pine Gap or to have Satanic structures such as the Australian Parliament House built on Australian soil (see photos). - The Laws are what they are and the harold-holt.net website is what it is -
